External Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Membership Department. As an account handler you'll form part of this specialist team, based in Sheffield, looking after an average of 650 schemes. You'll provide an effective, pro-active service to all customers and ensure all customer activity is managed accurately and within agreed service standards and agreements.


You'll support all internal and external customers in respect of our membership systems, by phone, email and case manage the membership for specific schemes and key intermediary partners. You will also add, delete and update Corporate Private Medical Insurance (PMI) membership records.


You’ll case manage the membership for specific schemes and key intermediary partners and will identify and assist in the implementation of continuous improvements to the our membership system and processes. You will be a strong communicator with proven negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You’ll be IT literate with particular expertise in Excel. Attention to detail is essential.


Skills & Experience required :

  • You’ll have excellent PMI product knowledge of Corporate 50+ Solutions and Optimum policies in particular. (Desired)
  • Someone that has a good attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Dealing with Customer Queries
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Good attention to detail and quality


Please note that this will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
