The New Business team process all new applications for life & pensions. You will be responsible for the day to day management of brokers, consultants and various internal teams while building and maintaining excellent working relationships. This is an exciting time to join a market leading business in a fast paced open and honest environment.

Full training with be provided as well as support on your journey to learn about our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service on telephone and email queries from Brokers
  • Processing customer applications, ensuring that they are completed within turnaround times and with high levels of quality
  • Liaising between Broker and Broker Consultants
  • Ensure that you align with all mandatory and regulatory requirements
  • To develop system, product and technical knowledge to ensure delivery of this service
  • Support the complaints resolution process to ensure complaints are dealt with promptly and accurately with positive customer engagement in line with our obligations

  • Strong communication skills and questioning skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Have a strong customer focus including a hardworking and positive approach to work
  • The ability to thrive in a demanding, change orientated, and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be flexible and adaptable and open to change
