We are currently recruiting for a Change Management Lead to join our Service Operations Team based in Norwich.

This role is to lead a team of change managers to enable the delivery of seamless activity across the Aviva estate whilst protecting service.

The Change Delivery Management Lead is responsible for running complex change in a multi-vendor environment and deals with partners from across multiple different levels across the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and give to the development of the process or service in scope.
  • Support teams across IT to implement protection and control processes.
  • Coordinate and execute process compliance across teams in infrastructure and operations.
  • Take ownership for resolution of incidents and remediation of identified issues.
  • Monitor and drive MI on process compliance and performance.
  • Maintain appropriate frameworks, catalogues and databases.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Understanding of processes, controls and risk frameworks.
  • Knowledge of the Aviva IT Estate and how service components underpin business processes.
  • Ability to translate IT issues into potential business consequence.
  • Ability to drive action and influence senior partners.
  • IT Service Management experience in a complex multi-supplier environment.
  • Evidence of working on multiple high profile and high priority workstreams in parallel.
  • Ability to use specialist toolsets e.g. Axios Assyst.
