Purpose of the Role

Our Contact Centre is growing and we’re looking for highly motivated people to understand our individual customer’s needs, and help us deliver excellent service to every customer.

No previous industry experience is needed as a full training programme will support you in your journey to learn about our products and customers. You’ll be provided with every opportunity to improve the way we work and deliver our purpose. 


Duties & Responsibilities

You’ll deal with inbound calls, from both new and existing customers, make follow up calls to Customers and internal departments where necessary and build rapport with each customer. You’ll understand their needs through conversational questioning skills, taking ownership and resolving each situation to meet our Customers needs.


Our opening hours are 08.00-22.00 Monday to Friday, 08.00-18.00 Saturdays and 09.00 – 17.00 Sundays.  We are also open on Bank Holidays. 


You should also have:

  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Good attention to detail and quality
  • Flexible attitude towards change
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to meet Customers’ needs
  • An inquisitive mind

    Assessment Days:

    With effect from Monday 24th September, we will hold assessment days daily, Monday to Friday from 9.30-12.30

    We are recruiting for both Full Time and Part Time positions. Full time being 35 hours across the working week and Part time being 24 hours across the working week. Please specify on application whether you're looking for Full time and Part time work.


    Earning Potential:

    Typically, our Customer Service Consultants will progress from the starting salary of £17,000 to £18,500 on achieving the initial standard required following training. Your development will continue in the role over time. On average we see people reach an advanced level after 18 months, where salary would rise again to £20,500. You can then continue to excel in the role and become one of our experts in department earning £22,000. Beyond this, there are numerous opportunities within our business for people with the right skills, behaviours and attitude to be able to continue progression of their career aspirations.
